Here’s my story so far…

Early years

I’ve worked in the brand, design and marketing industry since graduating from Northumbria University in 1999.

In the early stages of my career I spent some time in London before working for several North East based consultancies. I was lucky enough to work on some exiting projects for clients including Bass Brewers, Electrolux Group and Proctor and Gamble.

Founding Perro

In 2003 I founded Perro, a brand, design and communications consultancy. The idea behind Perro was to provide exceptional services to individuals and companies of all stages and sizes (usually only larger blue chip companies can afford to buy strategy and brand services).

Perro’s approach is purposely very results driven. We’ve developed our own strategy, brand, implementation process to ensure that our work delivers high return on investment for our clients. Our work is guaranteed to make a difference…

We firmly believe that: strategic thinking + creative ideas = measurable results.

Many of our clients have experienced high growth and lots of our clients have worked

with us for more than 10 years. Perro has grown steadily and developed a fantastic reputation that I’m hugely proud of. We recently opened our second office at Kings Cross, London.

Alongside Perro

In 2016 I wrote and completed my first series of Mini Guides and launched www.andyditchburn.com.

I currently deliver free to attend Marketing Strategy training alongside NBSL. I’m also working with a community interest company to support and mentor 16 – 24 year olds who have aspirations to start a new business.

At Newcastle City Library through the Business and IP Centre, I deliver workshops and regular complimentary 1-2-1 sessions to help business at all stages understand and develop good marketing practice.

Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to be invited by Universities, Businesses and Trade Organisations to speak at many different conferences, events and seminars around the UK.

Personal stuff

Outside of work I enjoy running, keeping fit, exploring and traveling. I’ve been married to Hazel since 2012. In 2016 our first child Oscar arrived!

What I Do
How to do better marketing! My mission and goal is to help you to do better marketing to drive your businesses growth!

I deliver training through masterclasses and workshops, blog and write mini guides, offer 1-2-1 support and speak at events and conferences around the UK.
